As Head of our Maintenance department, you’ll ensure all aspects of hotel maintenance is kept to the very best standards and in line with all relevant health and safety legislature and procedures. The Crowne Plaza Perth is a popular leisure and business travel hotel destination. The building has been welcoming visitors for a long time, since 1962!

The front tower of the Hotel was built in 1962 with 7 floors being added in the late 60’s. In 1983 there was a further small extension and in 1997 the rear tower was built. We underwent a soft refurbishment in 2007 along with essential repairs as needed such as chiller replacement in 2019, and lift replacements in 2023.

A day in the life of a Maintenance Manager varies greatly- you could be fixing a leak one minute, and arranging a renovation project the next. We do anticipate to undergo major renovations in the foreseeable future.
