Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Adhere to all safety practices and procedures in your daily tasks.
• Respond promptly to all Health and Safety work requests.
• Implement environmentally friendly practices when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Address guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in maintaining the integrity of the building's structure and operations, including guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas.
• Complete work orders diligently and maintain a detailed log of activities and solutions.
• Keep an updated catalog of equipment and system directories.
• Contribute feedback and suggestions during monthly departmental meetings.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Duty Engineer.
• Maintain health and safety records and documentation for your area.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards.
• Participate in the emergency response team as needed
