Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute all stages of linen processing.
• Sort soiled and clean linen.
• Operate laundry machinery including washers, dryers, and pressers.
• Collaborate positively with team members.
• Prepare for any guest requests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
• Comply with Valencia Hotel Group standards for safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain regular attendance in line with scheduling needs.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by your Supervisor.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Attend required meetings.
• Respond promptly to any potentially dangerous conditions.
• Complete all checklist items and verify task completion before shift end.
• Maintain and clean hotel equipment to ensure proper working condition.
• Exhibit courtesy to all guests and fellow employees.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related service industry preferred.
• Strong team player who contributes to overall results.
• Resourceful and able to overcome unexpected challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Shift Requirements

• Typically from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening shifts.
