Responsibilities

As our Engineer, you will collaborate with the Engineering team to:

Perform preventive maintenance on hotel rooms and facilities
Conduct general maintenance, including routine and major repairs
Complete work orders in alignment with our high-quality standards
Utilize hand and power tools, chemicals, and heavy machinery safely

Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in hotel, apartment, or building maintenance, including skills in painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers, and mechanical systems. Certifications are a plus.
A passion for guest satisfaction and a commitment to delivering quality work.
