Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be flexible and available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with daily operational procedures and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Greet and escort guests to their tables, providing courteous service that aligns with our hotel standards.
Assist in the preparation of the restaurant for service, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
Take, record, and confirm reservations in accordance with departmental procedures.
Monitor guest needs and support all phases of restaurant operations.
Communicate effectively with the General Manager, department managers, supervisors, and staff.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience in the restaurant or food and beverage industry.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, management, and coworkers.
ServSafe certification and/or food safety training.
Alcohol awareness training (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
Familiarity with local activities and attractions that appeal to our clientele.
