Valet/Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities

• Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Vehicle Management: Park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring each is securely locked.
• Delivery Services: Promptly deliver laundry, packages, and amenities as requested by guests.
• Customer Engagement: Promote hotel services and provide current information about local attractions.
• Shuttle Operations: Safely transport guests to designated locations according to set routes.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep lobby areas and entrances clean and free of debris.
• Emergency Preparedness: Stay calm during high-pressure situations, serving as a role model for team members.

Requirements

• Driving Ability: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (3 points or less).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years driving experience preferred.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills are essential
• Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with uniform guidelines

Physical Requirement

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment.
• Capable of standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment and luggage carts.
