Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
As a Driver/Messenger, you will play a vital role in our operations by:

• Transportation Services: Driving various vehicles to pick up and deliver documents, mail, and personnel to different locations.
• Schedule Management: Maintaining a regular schedule for inter-office and external deliveries, ensuring timely service.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keeping the office vehicle in excellent condition and promptly reporting any maintenance needs.
• Hygiene Standards: Ensuring the vehicle's cleanliness and appearance meet corporate standards.
• Mail Collection: Timely collection of mail from the post office and assisting in the sorting process.
• Document Delivery: Ensuring documents reach the correct personnel or department within the Qatar Airways Group.
• Record Keeping: Updating the log book daily to accurately record documents delivered and received.
• Beverage Service: Preparing and serving beverages to employees and guests as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Qatari Driver’s License.
• Strong driving skills with familiarity of city roads and traffic regulations.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
