Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual for a flexible role that includes working weekends, holidays, and various shifts. You will be responsible for upholding state sanitation and health regulations, as well as our hotel's standards.

Responsibilities

Operate the dishwashing machine according to hotel specifications, ensuring all restaurant and kitchen wares are thoroughly cleaned.
Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils as needed.
Follow safety protocols for the proper use of equipment and tools.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Basic counting skills.
Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety practices.
Effective communication skills to interact with management and co-workers.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
