Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of building components, including HVAC, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, snow removal, and plumbing is a plus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area at all times.
• Ability to multitask between ongoing projects and daily work orders.
• Follow all maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate outdoor equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers to complete daily work orders.
• Complete various preventive maintenance assignments.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Minimum of two years of maintenance experience.
• Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
