Airport Services Agent

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with check-in, transfer desk, and related areas to ensure seamless passenger acceptance.
• Escort and guide arriving and departing passengers to key locations, including hotel desks, visa counters, transfer desks, premium lounges, and boarding gates.
• Assist the Duty Officer with managing company materials and records.
• Coordinate with the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) for efficient processing of hotel and transfer passengers.
• Ensure a smooth experience for passengers navigating airport facilities.
• Perform various duties to support the effective operation of the team.
• Supervise GHA staff during flights to uphold Qatar Airways' service quality standards.
• Organize check-in counters and resolve documentation issues.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• A high-energy, positive attitude is crucial for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Flexibility to work shifts is required.
• Legal authorization to live and work in the USA is necessary for consideration.
