Building Maintenance Staff

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across all areas, including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the facility's exterior by:
• Emptying trash cans and ashtrays
• Sweeping walkways
• Picking up litter
• Arranging outdoor furniture
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of interior spaces by:
• Emptying trash cans and ashtrays
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Arranging furniture
• Identify and report needed supplies to the supervisor.
• Clean windows as needed.
• Assist with event set-up and takedown.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
• Carpentry skills.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
