Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Engage with community and government affairs to effectively market the hotel.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to guest service by responding to guest needs.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales plans to maximize REVPAR and market share.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market effectively against them.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts through sales calls, property tours, and strategic marketing.
• Prepare required reports for the management team.
• Maintain vendor and client information as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Team to ensure smooth execution of group and corporate directives.

Requirements

• Hands-On Manager: Actively involved in daily operations.
• Ability to drive outside sales calls.
• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and a desire for achievement.
• Proficient in problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate, prevent, identify, and resolve issues.
• Excellent stress management skills.
• Approachable and readily available for guest interactions while providing excellent service.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds.
