Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets and financial plans while controlling expenditure
  • Oversee hotel operations under the direction of the General Manager
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction to drive brand metrics
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards
  • Keep statistical and financial records
  • Set and achieve sales and profit targets
  • Recruit, train, and monitor staff
  • Plan work schedules for individuals and teams
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Address customer complaints and feedback
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Ensure smooth operation of events and conferences
  • Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure effective security measures
  • Conduct property and service inspections
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
