Sales Manager

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you’ll manage accounts to enhance guest satisfaction while soliciting both past and new business to meet and exceed our revenue goals.

Reports To: Hotel Manager

• Conduct site inspections throughout the property.
• Maximize revenue by promoting all hotel offerings to clients, both verbally and in writing.
• Ensure thorough documentation of account details and coordination with various departments.
• Prepare proposals and contracts.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Travel locally for client meetings and competitive reviews.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows and networking events, setting up exhibits as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive group and convention business.
• Participate in sales blitzes and hotel tours.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with staff to provide clear direction.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available for work as needed.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Self-motivated with a positive demeanor.
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Understanding of hotel operations and departmental interactions.
• Ability to move throughout the hotel for site inspections.
