Responsibilities

As a Storeroom Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining our storeroom and ensuring proper food storage and organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proper Storage: Maintain designated areas for food goods with proper rotation.
  • Organization: Keep storerooms organized and clean.
  • Distribution: Unpack and distribute goods appropriately.
  • Stocking: Stock the kitchen with food items and manage inventory rotation.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe work environment and report any unsafe conditions.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Deliver the Radisson experience by exceeding guest expectations and providing exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum one year of management experience in full-service stewarding operations; three years in hotel food and beverage.
  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with hotel staff and management.
  • Conflict Resolution: Skills to resolve conflicts with guests and team members.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills in MS Office, reservation systems, and point of sale systems.

Physical Demands

  • Flexibility: Long hours may be required; ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and push/pull up to 150 pounds.
