Security

Responsibilities

• Report to the Security Manager/Supervisor.
• Maintain a professional image and objectively address any security breaches involving staff and guests.
• Respond to emergency calls and take appropriate action.
• Conduct regular patrols of public areas, guest floors, and outdoor spaces, noting any security violations or safety hazards.
• Document findings and actions taken according to company policies.
• Investigate guest and staff incidents, ensuring accurate reporting to management.
• Adhere to Fire, Health, and Safety Procedures.
• Verify that all guests entering the bar are over 18, in line with alcohol serving policies.
• Accurately complete End of Day procedures each shift.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Solutions-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to engage actively in all aspects of the role.
• Excellent communication skills.

Your Experience

• Previous experience in the hospitality/service industry.
• Relevant experience in key security tasks.
• Valid licenses for Static Guard and Door Supervisor.
