Cook

Responsibilities

• Cook items per recipe cards and ensure quality presentation.
• Monitor meal function setups for efficiency.
• Uphold equipment maintenance and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist in training new team members and cross-training existing staff.
• Support the Sous Chef in maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to payroll policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2+ years in a similar role.
• Skills: Knowledge of cooking practices, strong communication, and teamwork abilities. Must be service-oriented with excellent customer service skills.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Occasional travel for training and meetings may be required.
• Flexible working hours, including potential weekends or holidays.
