Lobby Attendant

Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance: Assist in establishing and performing a cleaning and preventive maintenance program for all flooring surfaces throughout the hotel.
Stay Updated: Keep informed about new cleaning procedures, products, and technologies to enhance the cleanliness of public areas.
Team Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented environment by working closely with various hotel departments to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Guest Interaction: Act as a hotel ambassador by greeting guests warmly and ensuring a friendly experience.
Supplies Management: Independently stock your cleaning cart with the necessary supplies for your shift.
Floor Maintenance: Sweep, vacuum, wet mop, scrub, and buff hotel floors using various tools and equipment.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety regulations as outlined in the material safety data sheets for cleaning products.
Reporting: Observe and report any maintenance needs for equipment, furniture, and building components.
Trash Management: Regularly empty public space trash bins, clean lobby and banquet bathrooms, and ensure public areas are free of litter.
Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in public space cleaning utility closets.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
