Pinetop Country Club in Pinetop, Arizona, is thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity for a Pizza Cook in our newly renovated clubhouse, complete with state-of-the-art kitchen and dining facilities. We're looking for qualified candidates who excel in a hospitality-driven environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional service

Responsibilities

Prepare menu items according to club recipes, standards, and quality in a timely manner, alerting the Chef of any shortages.
Set up, maintain, and break down the pizza station, ensuring cleanliness throughout the shift and cleaning the work area after service.
Execute recipes with precision, adhering to established standards and specifications while maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

High school diploma preferred; must obtain and maintain current food service certification.
Basic knife skills and pizza-making proficiency required.
Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen of a fine dining facility is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. to waist height; frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in hot and cold temperature environments.
