Requirements

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is strongly preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Physical Demands

Ability to hear timers and coordinate effectively with other baristas.
Capability to check food quality and read production charts/recipes.
Positive and hospitable interaction with guests.
Proficiency in using the cash register and handling money accurately.
Independence in task prioritization.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Regularly lift product cases up to 70 lbs.
Push and pull carts as necessary, with regular bending to lift items (no kneeling).
Mobility to move throughout the coffee shop, with continuous standing.

Environment

Physically demanding role involving prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift in an indoor setting.
