Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards across your area of responsibility.
• Ensure organized and clean storage areas for all food items.\Properly handle and store all food items at the end of your shift.
• Rotate inventory effectively.
• Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
• Keep storage areas and product pars clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with management to create specials and menu variations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Understanding of food preparation health and safety guidelines.
• Flexibility to work various hours and shifts.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player mentality.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.
